When selecting a Grade Level of Interest, the choice you make from the drop-down menu must correspond with your School Year choice.  If you choose an Academic Year option (ie: Landmark Elementary Middle School 07) you must then specify an academic school year (ie: 2023-2024).  If you choose a summer program grade level, but then an academic school year, the form will give you an error message.

Are you are interested in both summer AND academic year programs?  After choosing a  Grade Level of Interest and School Year, you can mark the Yes radio button when asked if you are interested in both programs.
